Mitchell’s fitness journey began with competitive badminton and intensified during his time in the Singapore special forces. The experience opened his eyes to what the human body is capable of, sparking a passion for learning more about fitness and sharing that knowledge with others. Becoming a PT was a natural step, and Micthell finds the most fulfilment in helping others live stronger, healthier lives.
To those starting their fitness journey, Mitchell’s advice is to enjoy the process and remember that health is a long-term investment. Be patient, give yourself grace, and always keep your wellbeing a priority.
Mitchell’s training style is hands-on and practical. He enjoys working face-to-face with clients to fine-tune technique and provide education through conversation. He also offers online coaching for accountability and custom programs tailored to each individual goal.
Outside the gym, Mitchell enjoys volleyball, badminton, and scuba diving.
