“Consistency is the secret to success!”

Cameron first got into fitness through athletics and kickboxing in high school, eventually transitioning into bodybuilding – and the rest is history. Inspired by the impact his own coaches had on him, Cameron has spent nearly 15 years in the fitness industry helping others achieve milestones big and small, from running their first 5K to stepping on stage.

To those starting their fitness journey, Cameron’s advice is to take it one day at a time. Don’t expect overnight change – consistency is the secret to success.

Cameron’s training style focuses on hypertrophy and habit-building. He helps clients create sustainable routines tailored to their goals and lifestyle, making fitness something they can stick with long term.

Outside the gym, Cameron’s a self-confessed anime and manga nerd. He also loves spending time with his three cats and dog, or escaping to warm destinations overseas.
